What does Nour Al Huda Al Jadeed General Trading do?
We are a Dubai-based general trading company with four services: marketplace reselling on Amazon, noon, Carrefour and Trendyol; UAE and GCC dropshipping for online stores worldwide; B2B sourcing and bulk supply for UAE retailers, pharmacies and e-sellers; and acting as the local UAE counterpart for international sellers.
Where is your company based?
Our office is at New Al Safiya Building, Office GR-88, Hor Al Anz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (P.O. Box 93336). We are licensed in Dubai under Trade Licence No. 1119000 (DED) and registered for tax with TRN 104032458200003.
Do you offer dropshipping in the UAE and GCC?
Yes. We hold your products as local stock in the UAE, then pick, pack and ship each order under your store's name. Delivery in the UAE takes 24–48 hours, and orders to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman ship from our UAE stock. See our dropshipping service.
Do you handle cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. We collect cash-on-delivery payments from your customers and settle them to you.
Can we stay the seller of record?
Yes. As your International Seller Counterpart, you list the products, set the prices, take the payment and issue the only invoice to your customer. We pack and ship blind, under your business name, and never contact your customers.
Which marketplaces do you sell on?
We sell as a merchant on Amazon, noon, Carrefour and Trendyol, in both fulfilled by platform and fulfilled by merchant models.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy only from brand owners, manufacturers, authorised distributors and verified suppliers that issue valid tax invoices. Every unit can be traced to its purchase invoice, and we keep purchase records for at least five years.
Where do you source products from?
We source directly from trusted suppliers in the USA, the UK, the EU and India, and from other markets on request.
Do you supply businesses in bulk?
Yes. We supply UAE retailers, pharmacies and e-sellers in bulk, including repeat orders. Send us your product list and we will come back with pricing and lead times.
Which product categories do you cover?
Health & beauty, food supplements, electronics, garments, footwear, home essentials, pet supplies, toys, office supplies, stationery and rare finds. If you need something else, ask us and we will source it.
Which carriers do you use?
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex for imports and exports to and from the UAE, and iMile, Aramex, NAQEL Express, EMX and SMSA for last-mile delivery in the UAE.
